At the moment we only provide standard shipping, a shipping fee of $6.9 would be charged in your order, free shipping worldwide is available for order over $69.
DUTIES & TAXES
We include the cost of Duties & Taxes in your order. The price you see at checkout is is all-inclusive and there are no additional charges.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Please allow up to 1-3 business day for your order to be processed. All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
US & Canada: 7-11 business days (excluding weekends)
UK: 4-6 business days (excluding weekends)
The European Union: 7-14 business days (excluding weekends)
Australia: 7-14 business days (excluding weekends)
Other Countries: 7-25 business days (excluding weekends)
All custom products with additional order items will ship together & can take up to 7 business days (excluding weekends) for production. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email notification with a tracking number. Once your custom order has shipped we are unable to make any changes and we do not accept returns for custom products.
Rottique is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather or storm delays.
